Instant Quinoa

My pre and post workout meals/shakes….?
Firstly, can people give me some new fresh ideas for pre and post workout meals/shakes.
Secondly, I was asking this question so make sure my pre and post meals are correct. As a pre I usually have some form of carbs – rice, wholemeal bread or quinoa with some serving of meat – usually a chicken breast. Though, this is becoming particularly expensive and would like some other suggestions for pre workou meals/shakes. I usually dont take pre shakes as I have one in the morning and one after my workout.
As a post workout meal/shake it is always my reflex instant whey with usually a banana to replenish glycogen stores.
Any other pre and post meals/shakes?
a banana after a workout is superior! and for your pre workout, i suggest oats, they are simply the best before a workout!
