Black Bean And Quinoa

how does this diet lack in protein?
Breakfast:
1/2 cup of Nonfat Greek yogurt with a banana
or
2 scrambled eggs with basil, grape tomatoes and crumbled goat cheese
Lunch: 2 scrambled eggs, one serving of firm tofu fried in a small dollop of curry paste, onions, basil and one tablespoon of olive oil. topped with siracha sauce.
or
1/4 cup quinoa w/ black beans, olives, tomatoes, peppers and half a tablespoon of olive oil
Dinner:
1/4 quinoa w/ broccoli, cucumber, bamboo, soy sauce, tofu and thai curry sauce (fat-reduced organic coconut milk, curry paste)
or
Tandoori marinated 1/2 lb of fish.
A large serving of protein is at the base of almost every meal and the carbs that are present are, only as far as i can see, the banana and the quinoa (which, by the way, is actually considered a complete protein).
Thanks!
It doesn’t lack protein. I do not think all that dairy is good but everything else mentioned is really healthy.
