what are the benefits of drinking rice milk? ?
i cant drink any milk or eat fish or eat any kind of dairy product. so i need to fin an alternative which is high in protein etc.. and is healthy

I tried ricemilk but found it unsatisfying. Now I drink soymilk and I love it! It is slightly easier to find than ricemilk, too.
